Our Ward/neighborhood got together to do a soccer season for all of the 6-7 yr olds and Maddie and Payton LOVED it!! They practiced once a week and games were on Saturday morning, and it all occured in our greenbelt! It was GREAT!! Thanks to Anna and Chrissy for putting it all together and for the husbands that were fantastic coaches! Maybe we can do it again in the fall!!

Maddie was the goalie during the last game and said it was pretty boring. Can you tell? (By the way, she isn't picking her nose, she is biting her fingernails. Honest!)

Maddie was so excited to get a trophy! It is her first one, EVER!! (She usually does dance, and you don't get a trophy for that!!)
Payton liked the trophy, cause it is his first soccer trophy. He said he would move some of his others to make room! haha!!

We have no where near that many kids in our neighborhood - how fun! Our kids are just getting old enough for this kind of stuff. So I have yet to experience it first hand. I'll probably tear up at my son's first goal!

looks like lots of fun!!! I can't believe that there are that many 6-7yrs in the neighborhood, but wait that is gilbert. I am slightly jealous of the sheer numbers! Haylee has 2 boys her age and neither of them really talk. Poor girl!
