Jacob or Edward?

Well, any of you who know me and my GREAT friends, we always have FUN girls parties. We recently had one for Halloween based on the Stephenie Meyers books! All of us have read them (at least once, most of us have read them 2 or more times). Shelley did an AMAZING job of creating the mood. We had dinner, Twilight trivia, and Theories of what the next book might do! We came up with some pretty interesting stuff! Very creative!

The Invite!!One of the games was to figure out which character you were from the book!

All of the DELICIOUS food!! We all needed to "feed!" The Menu included:

Shelley made these CUTE figurines of Jacob and Edward, of course!

Debbie won the Trivia with 25 questions right! Here she is with our Host, Shelley (By the way, I love the edward shirt! It says; What Addiction?)

Second place for Trivia went to Amanda, and she got this cute vinyl sticker to put wherever she pleases! (If you want one of these, let me know!)

Glasses!

Apparently, Payton got my bad eyesight! He got glasses! Maddie was devastated that she didn't get any (she really wanted the pink with sparkles barbie brand). We think he looks super handsome, and very grown up!! So Cute!

Daddy/Daughter

Back in September, Tyler took Lexi and Maddie to our ward's Daddy/Daughter. They all slept in the back of the suburban because it was pretty chilly at night! Here is some of the fun!

GUILTY!!

Now, you might be wondering, "Why all the random photos?" Well, one day I found Lexi with the camera, and these are the photos of an aspiring Photographer! When asked if she had taken pictures, this is what we saw:

Do you think she looked a tad bit guilty? I think the face says it ALL!!

We call this her "mug" shot, after she was caught red-handed! Busted!

My brother, Aaron, married a GREAT girl named Rachell Merrill. We are so happy to have her in our family! Above are some of the grandkids before the wedding! Don't they look so cute!
Here are my three kiddos! I told them to strike a cowboy pose! Lexi started showing me her boots instead. Payton is doing a lasso, and Maddie is doing a dance move (of course!)

It was a GREAT party and a fun reception! We had a blast! We are so excited they are married!

Happy Birthday!!

Maddie and Payton turned 6 years old! We can't believe how fast Time is flying by! Tyler made Payton this "Death Star" cake. Complete with Satellite dish, Anakin and Darth Vader. If you look really closely you can also see R2D2. So cute! Payton loved it! He got the Anakin Transformer for his birthday, so it all went very well together!










Here is Payton playing a new Star Wars game on his PS2. Boy, does he love Star Wars! He knows how to play better than Tyler and I!







Maddie got a cookie cake, that we added her name to a bunh of cute baby ponies. She is really into horses right now, so she got a little horse family and a cute horse computer game. She was in heaven!












Butterscotches (Maddie's dog) birthday was in August. We bought her a cute Doggie cake (that the kids got to eat) and had some little presents for her (doggie toys and treats). Maddie was so excited to give these to Butterscotch, and she even blew out the candle for Butterscotch!














This photo really doesn't have anything to do with anything, except Lexi was "practicing" for Halloween. I think she has 3 costumes to choose from! The back of this costume even has a little stinger! So cute!

SeaWorld and Disneyland

Now that Tyler has completed and passed his big test (Wooohooo!), we decided it was time for a family vacation! We went to SeaWorld and Disneyland and had LOTS of fun!









We went to the Dolphin show and Maddie and Payton wanted to sit in the "Soak Zone" and we really got SOAKED! BUt we got to see the dolphins up close! Tyler stayed dry with Lexi and our camera a little higher!





Later that day we took them on the big roller coaster. The first time they went with Tyler they hardly got sprinkled on. When I took them we got Drenched!! We left shortly after that!






We left Seaworld on Monday and drove to Anaheim to go to Disneyland on Tuesday. Monday night Lexi started having a rash all over her body and it just got worse on Tuesday. Here she is on Main Street showing her cute smile and her sad little rash!








We had so much fun at Disneyland. Lexi, Maddie and Payton had a great time riding as many rides as they could and seeing as many things as we could! What a great family time!
